John Webb, MD is a highly qualified expert in occupational medicine, bringing over 20 years of experience in managing workplace injuries, workers' compensation, and employee health. He is board-certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine and holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), along with an MBA in healthcare administration, an MPH in biostatistics and epidemiology, and a master’s degree in biotechnology from Harvard University. His practice focus is on occupational medicine, industrial hygiene, workplace exposure and accident prevention, and evaluation and treatment of workplace injuries. Dr. Webb holds additional certifications in concussion/brain injury evaluation and treatment from the Department of Veterans Affairs. He was trained in occupational hearing testing through The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), and in addition to being a practicing healthcare provider for over 20 years, he has over 1,000 post-graduate hours training in orthopedic musculoskeletal examinations and treatment from several national professional societies. Dr. Webb's practice encompasses treatment, and regulatory examinations related to OSHA, DOT, and NIOSH standards, providing comprehensive care for injured workers and professional medical consulting for best practices in occupational health policies and procedures. He is experienced in conducting examinations and treatment, as well as expert witness reports and testimony, in multiple jurisdictions, including South Carolina, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Kentucky, and Missouri. 

John Webb, MD’s expertise on COVID-19 and SARS-CoV-2 is underpinned by a robust academic and professional background. Dr. Webb is a board-certified physician in preventive and occupational medicine, with his sole practice emphasis directed at industrial hygiene, workplace exposure and accident prevention, and evaluation and treatment of workplace exposures and injuries. He holds a master’s degree from Harvard in Biotechnology and a master’s degree in public health in biostatistics and epidemiology from Rutgers School of Public health, which provides him with a deep understanding of the molecular and genetic aspects of infectious diseases, like SARS-CoV-2, and the comprehensive public health implications of such diseases. As a trained preventive and occupational medicine physician, Dr. Webb has focused his career on health issues directly related to workplace environments, making him particularly adept at analyzing exposure and transmission dynamics of the virus.

His expertise extends to peer-reviewed research where he has delved into the mechanisms of SARS-CoV-2 exposure, transmission, and the efficacy of vaccinations, presenting his findings at various national professional medical conferences. Furthermore, Dr. Webb's involvement with several COVID-19 task forces, including those in collaboration with the CDC, New York City Department of Health, New Jersey Department of Health, the City of Newark, NJ and institutions like Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School and the Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital in East Orange, NJ, highlights his practical experience in public health policy and emergency response during the COVID-19 pandemic. His participation in these high-level task forces demonstrates his recognized authority in managing and strategizing against the spread of SARS-CoV-2, combining scientific knowledge with actionable public health measures.
